Reach out to us with your idea! Whether you have a specific image, a rough sketch, or just a concept in mind, we’re here to help. Simply send us your picture, text, or design inspiration, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. From there, you can choose how you’d like to proceed:

• Upload Your Photo or Text – If you have a specific design in mind, send it to us, and our specialists will evaluate its feasibility for weaving.
• Design Assistance – Need help bringing your idea to life?

We can create a custom design based on your vision or refine an existing one to ensure it transforms seamlessly into a woven masterpiece.

2. Design Approval

After we’ve worked on the design, we’ll send it to you for feedback. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve or request adjustments until it’s exactly what you envisioned.

3. Secure Payment

Once you approve the design, you can choose from flexible and secure payment options:

• Letter of Credit (L/C): We accept a Letter of Credit from your bank to guarantee a secure transaction, which you can finalize after receiving your carpet. This ensures full protection for both parties, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

• Full upfront payment (via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other secure methods).

• Installment plans: Pay in 4 installments, with the option to continue after seeing the progress of your carpet. This allows you to pay over time while staying updated. These options ensure that your investment is fully protected, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

4. Production Begins

Once you’ve agreed on the design, we prepare the pattern and pass it to our expert weavers to start creating your custom carpet. The production timeline may vary, but typically it takes at least three months or more depending on the size and material.

5. Delivery & Final Payment

Once your carpet is completed, we carefully package it and arrange for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location, and fees are calculated based on the destination and carpet size. If you used a Letter of Credit (L/C), payment will be settled after shipment, ensuring full security for both parties.
